Booking Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required upon confirmation and will be refunded in case of cancellation up to 4 days before arrival. Balance to total payment is due durng your stay.
In case of late arrival and / or early departure respect the reservation guestes are asked to pay for the entire stay.

Check-in and check-out time
We'll meet you at the home at your convenience after 3pm on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11:00am.
Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance and subject to availability

Apartments keys
Based on your anticipated arrival time we can work out an approximate meeting time in advance. In case you lost keys you’ll be charged for Euro 50.

NO SMOKING
It is not allowed to smoke in the apartment, to protect those who do not smoke or who stay here after you.

Other rules
It is not permitted to carry other people in the house other than those booking the apartment.
Any damage caused to the apartment or it's contents must be reported immediately.
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
The management of the structure of the non compliance is not responding or loss of property and / or valuables left unattended in the apartments (each guest is required to the diligence of custody of their own property), but any objects forgotten in room after checkout, will be sent on request at the address of the guest upon payment of related expenses.
In each apartment there is a safe where you can put your valuables.
The management will have the opportunity to verify the conditions of the apartment before the departure or when collecting the keys.
